Jenelle - Patient Coordinator

Jenelle started with many years of experience as a Dental Assistant, so she understands the needs of patients from 'both sides' of the office. Her calm and personable demeanor helps in her work as patient coordinator, walking clients through often complex insurance and scheduling challenges. Jenelle said, "My ten years of experience has allowed me to work both clinically and personally with patients to help transform their smiles - and in some cases, their lives. It is a very rewarding occupation."

Sally - Chairside Dental Assistant

Sally has worked at Stoneridge since 1992. She has been interested in the dentistry profession since childhood - a good experience left her comfortable with the procedures and wanting to help others too. Sally said, "I like what I do. I like to able to give patients their smile back." Her enthusiasm and is optimism complement her skills as a good organizer and communicator. She likes to read and do things with her two children in her free time. She is currently studying in the theology program at Sacred Heart Major Seminary and teaches Catechism.

Pam - Dental Hygienist

Pam takes pride in educating patients and fostering proper homecare. As a registered dental hygienist, Pam has been providing impeccable care at Stoneridge Dental for almost ten years now. Pam said, "I'm a people person and really enjoy our comfortable office that helps all of my patients feel at ease. My co-workers are friendly and outgoing, helping to make it a good experience for everyone."

Olivia - Dental Hygienist

Olivia's personality won the staff over when she started an internship in high school. In the years since, her work as a certified Dental Hygienist has won over her patients too. Olivia said, "I have been associated with Stoneridge Dental since I was nine years old and a patient of Dr. Bielkie. The staff and patients share my goal of providing excellent service with understanding and caring."

Nancy - Insurance Coordinator

Nancy's experience with dental office administration at Stoneridge Dental began with part-time receptionist duties and expanded into insurance coordination. Nancy said, "Dr. Bielkie and the people here are the best part of my workday. We all pull together for our patients every day." When not handling a great big pile of insurance papers, Nancy enjoys time with her husband and family, including her nine grandchildren.

Brenda - Dental Hygienist

Brenda brought her talents to Stoneridge Dental in 2004. Her experience in soft tissue management and remarkable dedication has won over many patients who may have been skeptical of realizing such progress in their treatment. Brenda said, "We work together like a family here at Stoneridge Dental. Everyone knows their work well and it shows - we're confident and comfortable with what we do."

Lisa - Chairside Dental Assistant

Lisa is an upbeat and easy-going person who makes visits fun for patients. This busy mom of two boys keeps active as an assistant basketball coach in her spare time. She is an avid bowler and has been in the same league for 11 years. She also likes cycling, aerobics and kickboxing. Lisa said, "the best part about being part of the Stoneridge Dental team is that the staff always keeps our focus on the patient."

Kelly - Dental Hygienist

Kelly began her career as a registered Dental Hygienist in Grand Rapids in 2000 after graduating from Ferris State University. "I was excited to join the Stoneridge Dental team in 2008 when I moved from the west side of the state. It was important to me to find an office that I believed in and that truly cared about their patients."

Donna - Dental Hygienist

Donna has brought a positive attitude and friendly personality to Stoneridge Dental for over nine years. She enjoys outdoor activities and travel with her family in her free time. Donna said, "It is my greatest service to help bring our patients to a better state of health. Stoneridge Dental is a nice mix of people that get along so well."
